John and Hillary the Battle Creek/Hasting miracle ear team are wonderful. My personal experience has been perfect, I mean perfect. And the quality of sounds and voices are very natural, its like I don't have hearing aide. They are quick to respond to any questions and their customer service is beyond satisfactory , I give them 5 stars!
