Dave and Ann (Bourbonnais, IL) are wonderful! They are friendly, attentive and accommodating, and they treat you like family. I tried another hearing aid provider a couple years ago and besides not being as happy with the hearing aids, I really missed Dave and Ann. They add a very personal touch along with excellent service that really sets them apart from the others. I hope they are with Miracle Ear for a very long time.

Dave and Ann always go above and beyond for all of their patients. Ann is the first face you see when arriving, always looking up and greeting you with a smile no matter how busy. If I have ever needed a last minute adjustment on a hearing aid, lost an ear piece, Ann figures out a way to work me into Dave’s busy schedule. I never wait long for my appointment.
