I sincerely regret that I can not presently recommend the Natick office of Miracle Ear. This after being a customer there for many years. I have purchased hearing aids there twice in the past. Previously I had been delighted with service and staff. I have also used Miracle-Ear facilities in Sarasota and Venice, FL where everyone and everything was great.
