I want to let you know how much I appreciated your exceptional service. The way you explained everything and presented the facts was very impressive. Very much disappointed with staff. Not much of help to a person who is hard at hearing.
I sincerely regret that I can not presently recommend the Natick office of Miracle Ear. This after being a customer there for many years. I have purchased hearing aids there twice in the past. Previously I had been delighted with service and staff. I have also used Miracle-Ear facilities in Sarasota and Venice, FL where everyone and everything was great. Jeanne gave me and my wife a valuable education and understanding about my hearing issues. She thoroughly explained the significance and results of tests done of my hearing. Jeanne is very professional in her approach and gave plenty of time answering my questions.
