The web site says it's open at 8:39, I drove the 10 miles there and found the place locked up. So I called and was told they were not open today, Wednesday. They need to update their website or be opened like it says.

After 2 1/2 hours in the office and still no one doing a hearing test or even looking at the ears three different contracts had been written starting at $7000, finally getting written down to $2000. We asked about the insurance and without even looking into it They said the insurance would not cover it. They also said the major problem was earwax and that had to be cleaned out before they could even bother to look in his ears, and scheduled another appointment in two more weeks.
