I went in with my grandfather, the atmosphere was very warming and the lady helping us, Bianca was also very sweet.
They are very friendly and do not truy to push products on me that I can't afford. Always listen to me if I am having a problem such as adjusting hearing level and work with me on getting things just right for me.
