Was wonderful, very professional and so helpfull Paul and Priska were so awesome when you’re nervous about your appointment they made it so comfortable
Not satisfied. I received a flyer in the mail for free hearing test. Made the appointment and sat with first person and was asked “what can I do for you”. I said based on the flyer I came for a free testing. Then the rude questions started. The tone of their questions was rude. I never had the finances to get the hearing aids. When asked how long have I had tinnitus in my ear I told them since I was 15 years old but was never told about hearing aids. The doctor went and got Mr Paul Beckner who did the testing.
