My husband had his ears checked at hearing aid center. It was advertised that if you have your ears tested you will receive a $25 certificate to PUblix. After numerous calls, no certificate to Publix.

Paul Jones, who helped my adopted Mom with her hearing problems, did the best of his ability to help her and for that and his unconditional kindness, made me feel safe and secure and though she didn’t want the hearing aids anymore, he understood her and she got her money back if I remember.
