Before I even began the process of testing and correcting my hearing I found my experience quite enjoyable. Charity the hearing specialist and Alex at the front desk are both friendly, personable, engaging and simply delightful. I would Recomend seeing Charity she is very thorough patient and caring, she fixed my hearing and all of my issues. She was very patient with me, took her time explaining everything very thoroughly.
Paul was very professional and took extra time with my father who has cognitive impairments besides being very hard of hearing. After picking up his hearing aides we went from years of speaking very loud and him probably not hearing to being able to have a conversation in a normal voice. Forever grateful for Paul and Charity.
My wife and I had visited Rochester location for hearing test, it was great experience and test result reviewed very professionally without any push to buying aid even result showed I could get benefit from hearing aid in very specific circumstances. I highly recommend this location.
