My brother was really excited to go here! We really had high hopes for this company and was trying to be very patient but every time they let us down. The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient. The new "Sharp" model is wonderful. Not cheap, but SO much better than other hearing aids. They fit beautifully. Within a minute or two I forget I even have them on. Sounds are natural, not just amplified. No tinny echo, zero feedback squawks.
Gillette is Very professional and knowledgeable glad I went to Miracle ear!
