Blown away by Madelyn’s kindness and knowledge at the Rochester Miracle Ear Center. She was phenomenal. Madelyn explained things for us to easily understand. She is a great asset to your location. Everyone at the Rochester Miracle was kind and knowledgable.
My husband has had hearing aids from Miracle Ear for many years and has been 100% happy with the product and, most importantly, the service. Having moved several times, he has used three different offices and each one has provided excellent service and accommodation for his needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Miracle Ear to anyone in need of hearing aids.
Before I even began the process of testing and correcting my hearing I found my experience quite enjoyable. Charity the hearing specialist and Alex at the front desk are both friendly, personable, engaging and simply delightful. I would Recomend seeing Charity she is very thorough patient and caring, she fixed my hearing and all of my issues. She was very patient with me, took her time explaining everything very thoroughly.
