I have had nothing but a 5-star time with Tracy S. of the Topeka M-E location. Currently on my 3rrd set of hearing aides, moving up due to new technology. After care services are super-good, Tracy is just the best of the best including her smile and personality.

Went to this store because I wasn't satisfied with the store in Kansas City, Kansas. Tracy got me right in and found the problem with my hearing aid right away. She is very knowledgeable in hearing aids and determining issues. She is very friendly. The whole atmosphere is very good. I appreciate all they did for me to get my hearing back up to par. They have my business from now on.
My Miracle Ear Specialist is very knowledgeable and explains my hearing abilities so I can better understand my needs. The receptionist is always polite and friendly.
