I took my Mom to Miracle Ear in Buford yesterday and it was a great experience! This was for the FREE consultation. Her appointment time was 2:00. She was taken back right on time. The doctor was very thorough and understanding as he wears hearing aids himself. The testing only took about 20-30 minutes and he took the rest of the time that we were there (about an hour and a half!!) explaining the test, answering ALL of our questions and the front desk assistant calling my mom's insurance to get all the information for her on... read more

If you are looking for hearing devices and keep putting it off, look no further. My experience recently was above expectations. If I could give a rating of above 10, I certainly would have. From the time the appointment was made, to arrival, Candace was Professional, caring and made sure questions asked were properly addressed.. Robert Schumacher made certain all questions about the test were answered. They was no sense of urgency, just Professional and courteous service. I highly recommend these folks.
Dr Robert will make you feel like family, and Candice will be your next best friend. These people will change your life if you give them a chance. I am now able to work the drive thru at my job, I was told that wouldn’t happen, they proved that wrong. I am forever indebted to them for life
