I have had my hearing aids for 3 years and have had the best experience with both Aaron and Megan! They both have taught me so much about how the hearing aids work and also how the app works! Would not go anywhere else for my hearing needs!
I have had nothing but great experiences here at Miracle Ear! Megan is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel very comfortable. From the time you step in the door to when you leave each staff member is friendly and helpful. They take very good care of you and your needs, especially when it comes to hearing. Highly recommend Miracle Ear!
Bob and Megan were able to help my grandmother and my mother-in-law so much! They were so kind and both were knowledgeable and able to explain so we all could understand both of their hearing loss. We appreciate their professionalism and their dedication to customer service. I would definitely recommend them to all family and friends.
I enjoyed the 1st few years with my hearing aids. Anything I had go wrong they fixed until my warrant expired. Within a few months after my warrant expired my right hearing aid lost its charge after about 8 hours. That cost me 375.00 to fix. Now my right hearing aid is cutting out. I can’t afford to have it fixed until after the holidays. Very disappointed with the hearing aids and their longevity. They are very expensive. I’m still paying them off.
I truly look forward to every appointment at this location! Aaron and Megan are so down to earth and easy to talk to. They go above and beyond to make sure all my problems or concerns are addressed. I have been coming to them for years and found out that my spouse's insurance just recently started covering hearing aids. Unfortunately, Miracle Ear is considered out of network, so more money comes out of our pockets to do business here.
