Lisa did a great job with my wife . She went above and beyond
The staff has been great and gone “above and beyond” to help me whenever I have had an issue with my hearing aids. Dave is terrific! I am updating my review because I had another great experience with the Venice office. David Texeira is professional, friendly and very effective. He had me in, out and on my way in 5 minutes with a cleaning that had my hearing aids working optimally again! I bought my hearing aids from Miracle Ear in upstate NY and I spend winters in Venice. Dave and Ruth have made me a happy customer. There are occasions when ear wax clogs one of the hearings and whenever that happens, I call Ruth, and she schedules me for that day and gets my hearing aids up and running in a matter of minutes. She is very professional, friendly and courteous. I am happy with the service.
This is Diane Scanlon, I am the one with the hearing aids and had my appointment set up a month ago for today, January 9 at 11 AM. I had to confirm my appointment several times to say I was coming. I got there early, driving a half hour to get there, in case traffic was bad, I did not want to hold anyone up.
