To many visits for repairs needed, turnaround time for receiving new parts takes to long (several weeks). No Charleston location, need to drive 50 miles for appointment which takes a week or more to get in.
Ordered my husband's hearing aids almost two months ago and have yet to get a call to come pick them up. I have called everyday for the last week and continually get the voicemail and they do not return the call. I finally got ahold of corporate customer care and found out that the office we went to in barboursville WV never ordered the hearing aids that we paid almost $6000 for. Corporate headquarters is trying to find out what is happening
My cousin paid 4600 deposit .told him it couldn’t be ran thru Medicare. He found out it could . Cancelled the order in April . Still cannot get refund . Went to another hearing place and they cleaned the wax out of the ear and had no hearing problem . They did a hearing test at miracle ear in Barboursville and didn’t notice the wax . Tried many times to get in touch with Clinton and Stephanie no luck yet
Called and advised that we wanted to cancel order same day that order was placed on October 25th, 2022. Advised that cancellation notice needed signed. Went to sign on October 26th, 2022 and they were closed. We returned on October 27th and signed the cancellation. As of January 21st, 2023 refund has not been issued and my calls are not being returned. Supposedly waiting for owner to do her job and submit the refund.
I couldn't ask for better service there. I am very impressed. Matt Hesson is great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone with a hearing problem.
