I wasn't unhappy at first - the hearing aids seemed to be fine but it was the middle of covid so I didn't get a chance to test them out properly. I paid $4000 for them so it wasn't unreasonable for me to hope or even expect something that worked well. When my hearing aids started not working so well for me I was blamed for the problems and told to wear them for 16 hours a day. I did this for several months. There was no improvement.
