Repeated calls to get my dad to come in because he forgets appts. Sold him hearing aides without him understanding the price. Refusal to accept returns.
I went here due to an offer for possible free hearing aid that they were testing. So I had been to an ENT the month before. My hearing was getting worse. But when I went to Miracle-Ear, she examined my right ear and told me that it was impacted with wax. Could not understand how the ENT doctor could miss that. So that sent me to urgent care and I have it in writing that there was nothing in my ear. I was told that if I got the wax out of my ear they would reschedule my appointment. Been a customer for few years now. I must say, Erin is the best specialist I have seen. Me and my wife appreciate her. She goes above and beyond. Explains everything and hears us. I have severe hearing loss and I got worst understanding my wife. She got me back to hearing her again and truly cares. Grateful to have Erin as our specialist now.
