I am what one might call a ‘frequent flyer’ to our local Miracle Ear office. They have the absolute best customer service. Always friendly, helpful, and full of ‘Miracle Ear’ knowledge! Never have I been disappointed when I left. Brock and Cassandra make a great team! I have recommended Miracle Ear to many due to the service I received there.
I would give this place a 10 if I could. Anytime my mom has any problems with her hearing aids Brock without any questions will fix them for her without any charges. His receptionist is so outgoing and makes you feel so comfortable and she’s very easy to talk to. Whenever we go up there we love talking to her because she always has the office decorated for whatever holiday it is. It is just an all around great place to go to get your hearing aids by far.
I would go zero stars if I could. I paid around $8,000 for my hearing aids. They are not bad, but the customer service is an absolute joke. I've never seen the same person. They change staff all the time. It's been around a year and one of my hearing aids is messed up and I can't get an appointment. They keep scheduling me for stores and hour away and when I tell them that's wrong. It's always well we can't get you in for a week or so there. Save you money and go somewhere else.
Friendly and patient staff. Did a wonderful job! I wouldn’t take anything for my hearing aids.
