Update: Miracle Ear stood behind their product. They better educated us on the hearing aids and gave us the tools and knowledge to better care for them. Staff is very friendly. But that's as far as it goes. We've made appointments and then arrived to find they had no record of the appointment. It's been very difficult to get the hearing aids properly adjusted. Their app is useless. It has a difficult time connecting. Worst money we've spent. My husband hears no better now than before he got the hearing aids. After many visit... read more

Amanda was an amazing help. She was able to fit us in for an appointment when my mother lost one of her hearing aids. We are visiting from North Dakota and Amanda treated us as family, conducted a hearing test, set up a pair of hearing aids and stayed late to be sure mom would have a great holiday. We even have a recheck appointment already for Tuesday before we return to ND. Amanda was kind, efficient, and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
