I could not recommend this place enough, I was traveling from out of state and I needed to have my hearing aids serviced. The gal at the front was able to service it for me made my hearing aids working 10x better with her cleaning! Even though I can't be a returning patient definitely recommend!

I took my Mom in for a hearing test, this place is AWESOME. Dina was super knowledgeable, helped my mom understand everything with her hearing loss, explained her options for hearing aids & what best suits her needs as well being super compassionate & welcoming. Also Allyson at the front desk was super sweet, she had super good communication, offered me coffee & brought it to me & my mom. She was also pretty knowledgeable in the few questions I had at first! Highly highly recommend this place if you’re in Salem.

Dina and Allyson made my Dad feel like family. Dina gave my father a comprehensive hearing test and took the time to answer all of our questions on what hearing aid will work best for my Dads loss. I recommend everyone in the Salem area to visit them and take care of your hearing needs. Very professional and friendly.
