My appt today with Shelly at Miracle Ear was to have the new molds fitted in my ear. Shelly found that we needed new wires. So after that was put together and put in my ears I said “I can hear you Shelly.” We were delighted. She never fails us she is a miracle worker. I love the fact she wears hearing aid. She gets me. She is so dedicated. Just a little side bar, I have an auto immune disease and I can’t get cold. I've been taking my mom to Miracle-Ear since 2017. We recently started going to the Fleur drive store in Des Moines where we met Shelly. She is wonderful, definitely a miracle worker. It was nice having somebody that has hearing loss and wears hearing aids. She could totally relate to what both mom and I were going through. Best customer service. Shelly is kind, thoughtful and a problem solver. We left her office today 100% satisfied. Thank you Shelly ❤️
