My husband went in for a hearing test with Jordan and Tannen. The two spent a lot of time explaining the working of sound, the ear and we're honest about his needs. He left knowing he didn't yet need hearing aids but had deficiencies in crowds. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I recommend this to many people, especially over the age of 50. 50 if you have your TV up a little too high or can't hear what people are saying, I recommend you get a test.
Having my husbands and my hearing eval yesterday was "exceptional" at the Miracle Ear Hearing Aid Center on Fleur Drive. Tannen was very thorough, educated, professional, kind and compassionate. He explained everything in detail from ear anatomy, how we hear and the connection to the brain and related dementia with hearing loss. My husband and I went to Miracle Ear in Fleur Dr. Because they sent us a flyer for a free hearing exam. The flyer also promised a gift card to Amazon. We both were ready for a hard salesman pushing us to buy some sort of a hearing device. To our delight Tannen was wonderful!!!! Checked our ears and was very truthful about our slight hearing loss.
