Great company. Very polite folks. Helped out my father greatly. One thing we do not like is the financing company they go through Comenity. Extremely difficult to work with. I would suggest paying in full or finding another way to pay the hearing aids.
My 92 year old Dad is a patient of Steven Lamothe at the Auburn MA center. He had a problem with the rubber tip coming off one aid. We live over an hour away and couldn't make it to drive him to an appointment until the following week. When he called Steven and explained, Steven said he would make a trip over to the assisted living where my Dad lives after he finished work. My wife and I were in Miracle Ear in Auburn a couple of weeks ago. What started out as a very enthusiastic experience because I'm tired of struggling with my hearing, turned into a very disappointing and discouraging experience. Enthusiastic because the technician fully explained about hearing loss itself, explained what hearing loss I had and what my options were. Discouraging because the price of hearing aids is ridiculous especially for those of us living pay check to pay check, struggling to pay bills and on disability. ... read more
