Gaspare Campo, audiologist, is compassionate, kind, caring and listens to my needs (which I also print out from Apple Notes as I log what I notice/experience with my ha’s. I have brought my father who lives out of town into the shop to have his hearing aids cleaned a couple of times and they are so nice and accommodating!! The receptionist, Michelle, is very kind, patient and friendly!!
This was my first experience with getting hearing aids. Glen in the Vernon Hills store was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and experienced.
