I left their office with so much knowledge and understanding of hearing loss. So professional and friendly. Highly recommend
I scheduled a hearing exam to get the $50 gift card, and to determine if I may need hearing aids in the future. This was a totally pleasant experience! Both Michelle (office manager) and Gaspare were very welcoming. The entire procedure was explained thoroughly. I believe my hearing capability was honestly assessed. There was no sales pitch, no high pressure; just plain, old-fashioned good customer service. I highly recommend this office!
