My hubby went alone,and thought he was getting one style but was confused and got the wrong style. We called to fix it and within 14 hours we got the ones we wanted and all was good.we have been customer for 12 yrs.
Tried to do the hard sell on my Mom. For $8,000 you think she could try them for a week? Nope. She was alone and the scripted text was filthy with fear for her. When the hard sell did not work they brought in the Female enforcer to try and lay more guilt on my Mom. I would have come in with cash but they would not let her try them for a whole week.
