The technical knowledge and support is superb. I had tried 2 other companies hearing aids that didn't work out. Miracle-Ear's hearing aids work beautifully. I have been wearing them every day since purchasing them two years ago.
My hubby went alone,and thought he was getting one style but was confused and got the wrong style. We called to fix it and within 14 hours we got the ones we wanted and all was good.we have been customer for 12 yrs.
Tried to do the hard sell on my Mom. For $8,000 you think she could try them for a week? Nope. She was alone and the scripted text was filthy with fear for her. When the hard sell did not work they brought in the Female enforcer to try and lay more guilt on my Mom. I would have come in with cash but they would not let her try them for a whole week. If your stuff is so good why not a week? I have $5,000 dollar mattresses that I can try for 90 days. Why is 7 days trial too much for an $8,000 purchase. Very fishy and commission... read more
