Jackie is the best! She’s kind, patient, very knowledgeable, and she goes above and beyond what is required of her on a regular basis. I called seeking an appointment for a much needed adjustment to my hearing aids, she worked me in the same day and adjusted them so they were much more comfortable to wear. I use Miracle Ear solely because of Jackie and her personality and service SHE provides. Without Jackie I probably seek another provider.
