I brought my mom in for a hearing assessment. By the time we left, I felt like Jacklyn was family! She is so knowledgeable and has a delicate way of explaining even the most complex concepts related to hearing so that both my mom and I understood. She asked detailed questions and her assessment was extremely thorough. In the end, my mom ended up purchasing hearing aids and she has been so happy with them. We've already gone back for our first check-in. So glad we picked this location! Highly highly recommend!
