Jacklyn and staff are awesome. I've never had such extensive testing. I knew my hearing was bad but didn't realize, I was only hearing 44% of this things people were saying. It's a life changer for me. I was on pace to lose all of my hearing permanently. Thank you for everything so far and looking forward to working with them in the future.
Jaclyn, at the Rockford location, give great service and answers any and all of my questions. She knows the product inside and out. I have seen others while traveling who simply don't measure up to my hometown office, have been very disappointed. Jaclyn is the best 👌
Jacki is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. And Lord I just forgot her name. The lady that does the office work is very pleasant! They are a great team
