We are really impressed with the quality product of Miracle Ear. Rebecca Strong at the Papillion Nebraska location was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Rebecca took the time to explain everything in detail, and made sure the hearing instrument fit and worked perfectly.
Worked for them and Rebecca talks so awful about the patients once they’re visit is over calling them “old and irritating” she says she not there therapist even tho miracle ear promises to give a more private visit and more comfortable experience and don’t let a patient feel uncomfortable or nervous because they are unsure that will really upset her

I had a complex hearing issue, and Miracle-Ear in Papillion, was the only place that seemed to truly understand it. While my initial problem wasn't a simple fix, they worked with me diligently, exploring different options and providing ongoing support. Rebecca was absolutely, without a doubt, the BEST!
