I had a great experience getting a hearing test at the NE Holladay location. Highly recommend.
I found myself asking my family to repeat themselves more often. My wife accused me of "selective hearing." I was using subtitles more and blaming actors for mumbling. So I went to Miracle Ear in Portland, Oregon for their free test. Logan was very kind and thorough in all the tests and explained everything as we went. It's a lot to take in but he made sure I understood everything. I also appreciated his sense of humor. I am very thankful for Miracle Ear... as is my wife, my family, and the actors.
I was pleased with every aspect of my appointment, from a warm welcome all the way through a detailed consultation. Results of my hearing tests were clearly explained and all questions answered. Professional, attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We are from Coos Bay in Portland for a doctor visit for my husband. His hearing aids were not working and he needed to hear the doctor. Logan was just leaving for his lunch. We told him we could come back, but he unlocked the door and got my husband hearing again in 10 minutes or so. My husband offered to buy his lunch but he refused. Logan saved the day!!!
