Miracle Ear at Hamburg have the most knowledgeable, friendliest tech's I encountered in my search for hearing aids. I choose them over all others becouse of their promises of continuous service .
My Mom was out of town from Michigan and her hearing aid kept fading in and out. We were able to get an appointment the same day and our doctor JD replaced the wax filter and now it works great!! Now my Mom can continue on with visiting her kids. Thank you!
I'm usually not one to leave a bad review. But I am disgusted at how they did my grandfather. They got him to finance a pair of hearing aids that have been absolute garbage since day one and when he went back to try to get them to help him they pretty much said they can not help him. I would not recommend someone or their elderly loved ones to go here. 0 out of 10 on satisfaction, or human decency on behalf of any aspect of that business!!

Had an appointment with Ashley at Sir Barton on Monday, She saw me on short notice and handled everything with utter efficiency! She is very personable and very easy to talk to with any issue! She is a credit to your company!! And the reason I continue to use the facility!! Also the receptionist is very kind and conscientious!! She went out of the way to get me in at a late hour
