The folks at the east side location consistently delivery the highest level of customer service that I have ever seen any business provide. They care about their customers and it shows in everything they do!
very antiquated and non professional way to test people for hearing loss. The receptionist walked around in her bare feet. I got up and walked out
Love the service and friendliness of the staff both matt and Warren! Vicky is also always pleasant
As usual, Warren was extremely helpful. My hearing aid wasn't working, but he wasn't at the Madison East office, he was out at Beaver Dam training a replacement. He did a great job fixing my problem and explaining things to the trainee. All is well.
We just have a very good feeling about our experiences with this place and trust that Warren is looking after Judy's best interest for her severe hearing loss that she has to live with. I don't think I need to say more.
