I had been having issues hearing for a while but wasn't ready (more like too scared) to admit it. I had the opportunity to accompany a family member to their appointment with David K. At the end, I took the opportunity to ask questions & Dave was very patient & detailed in his explanations. Working with Dave at the Miracle Ear in Madison Wisconsin is totally awesome. I would’ve given up on hearing aids if I had not met Dave. He is knowledgeable, so helpful, and polite. His customer service skills are exceptional and his office lady is also so thorough. This review is exceptional because of the team of Miracle Ear representatives here in this office.
