We made my mother an appointment a week ago! She is 95 and can’t hear! My daughter drove an hour and 20 minutes to take her to the appointment!They said they had canceled her appointment because the could not confirm her appointment!! We had an appointment! We would have canceled if we not coming! I have never heard of such!! Do not use this people!
