Miracle Ear is a good place to purchase hearing aid, they show you how to care for your hearing aids. And the staff is helpful and caring. Very attentive. Thanks Miracle Ear. Here at Miracle Ear getting my hearing aids clean and cared for

I made an appointment at Miracle Ear in Ridgeland MS, when I walked in the receptionist and audiologist where shooting the breeze. They acted as if I was interrupting them. They were both rude but the audiologist was unbelievably rude and I will never recommend them nor return. I’m 62 years old and if she had been a man, I would have knocked him out

0 out of 5 Scammers, I would suggest if you are older please have someone go with you. Instead of running my grandmother's insurance like she asked them too, they set her up with a in house finance option with a extremely high interest rate. They did NOT honor the 30 day return policy if its offered why couldn't it be honored. The manager had a terrible attitude if you have a quota to meet just say that instead of getting over on elderly customers.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The manager at this location is rude and a liar. She did not explain the products thoroughly and even declined insurance assistance causing us to be stuck with the full out of pocket cost. She rushed my elderly family member age 93 through the process and she is now stuck with a product she is dissatisfied with. Instead of helping her, the manager took advantage just to make a sale.
