Miracle Ear attended a health fair at my union hall. After sharing my concerns with Alexis Onder I decided to give them a try. When I spoke to Alexis to make my appointment she was very friendly. She even accommodated me when I asked if I could get an earlier time slot because something came up on the day of my appointment. I met with Daniel Slapak for the hearing test. Dan spent so much time with explanation before and after the hearing test. I would definitely recommend Miracle Ear in the future. Sincerely, Ron S.
Excellent customer service! My mother needed a loaner charger after leaving at the hospital and the receptionist quickly helped me and gave me a charger. When I brought it back when I saw I only needed the plug, she didn't even charge me for it and was happy to help. I so appreciated someone being kind.
My dad has been going here for years and is so beyond happy with Alexis Danny and Leslie. This group is amazing and I am so happy to have them taking care of him.
