WOW! Just WOW! I've been putting off getting the dreaded 'hearing aid' for years. I was put completely at ease by Dan and his ability to put my unique hearing concerns to rest. I am looking forward to spending years of being in situations where I can hear and enjoy participating in the actual conversations I'd been pretending to understand. A lot of people "dis" Miracle Ear as well as other 'hearing aid chains'. My personal experience has been wonderful with this location. Everybody is always willing to help and concerned if I have an issue. FREE LIFETIME follow ups and service. I'm looking forward to upgrading in a few weeks! I have 5 years with my current aids and very very little problems
My Mom and I visited this location and met with Lesley. Lesley was wonderful and replaced a tube on my Mom's hearing aid. What made this a 5-star review is that Mom had a regular Audiologist who was dismissive and not attentive to her concerns. Thank you Lesley and staff for the great service!
