Only 22 years old and I’m getting advertising sent to me
Ended up my insurance would not pay because they were not in United Healthcares network.
There's no an option for less than 1 star. I had an appointment on 9/16, they said I could have my hearing aid on 9/18. That morning they cancelled my appointment with me because they said they need to fill out additional paperwork. She said she couldn't figure out the insurance portal. I had an appointment with my ENT and my ENT was told Miracle Ear couldn't fax over my paperwork. I have called multiple times a week and they won't return a call. They won't send over my charting notes or forms to my insurance. All the main M... read more

They failed to give my Dad Eugene Volkman a full refund he returned the hearing aids he wasn't happy with them so they kept his $600 he put down at the beginning. My Dad is an elderly man , Korean War veteran and a Purple heart recipant and he served this country and in opinion he doesn't deserve to be taken advantage of but that's what your company is doing by not returning his $600.
