I w a s there and I took the hearing test and you sent me to my Doctor to get evaluated more. I'm fully covered by my insurance company to get the the hearing aids that I need. How come you people didn't prescribe the the hearing aids right there and then?
Had appointment set up today for 9am, at 8:54am I received a ohone call that audiology tech called-in sick and I needed to reschedule?!?!?! Was a block away, I can’t believe they called with a 6 minute notice. Very disappointing customer experience, will try Elite Hearing (Audiophonics)

They are very considerate and accommodating with planning our appointment together to save mileage and time. John answered all our questions, and never seemed rush, even though his schedule is packed. 5 * customer service.
