I go to Miracle Ear in Moline and almost every time I’ve been there I have been greeted and treated like a valued customer. Especially this week when they gave me some temporary ones to try and senf mine back in . the gal helping me was wonderful.
Well done Zach! My brother is in a long term accute care center in Davenport. He has severe hearing loss and unfortunately, one hearing aid had been lost by a hospital in Waterloo. His left one, his only one, quit working. I've been working with Miracle Ear for awhile and Zach since he came on board. I called the Moline office and asked if he would check out my brother's hearing aid, even though my brother is not a Miracle Ear client. He got me in right away and got it working. Zach devoted his time to help us receive hearing aides. We learned so much he explained every test he gave he always asked if we had any questions after his explanation .When we called to talk to him with questions or stopped in he patiently answered the questions. It is very clear his patients and their hearing are very important to him. Thank you Zach
