I have been very happy with the care I have been receiving at Miracle Ear. Tom O’Connor has been great. From my fist fitting through any issues I’ve had since, I’ve been treated well I’ve stopped by the office more then once without an appointment, needing an adjustment of my hearing aids or the reconnection of the aids to the app. Tom has always done whatever needed to be done immediately in a very professional matter.
CORRECTION: Recently I was asked my perspective and responded incorrectly! On a scale of 1-10, over time Miracle-Ear is an 8-9. The staff members I have dealt with have been and continue to be a 20+ as they have been very helpful on all fronts.
Hearing aids are fantastic! The technicians are experienced knowledgeable and extremely kind. I can bring my equipment back at any time to have it serviced for no charge.
