Miracle Ear has a very reputable name. Not only are their hearing aids superb, the service is outstanding! The new technician, Kyra is very knowledgeable and so caring about myself and my husbands success with our hearing aids. Highly recommend!

Went for my 90 day check up 1/7/20. One hearing aid quit last Friday. Scott corrected the problem promptly, cleaned both aids and I was on my way in minutes with aids working like new. Fantastic continuing service by a truly gifted practitioner Scott Barefoot. I have dealt with many Miracle Aid Specialists and Scott is head and shoulders above them all. For professional, accurate, thorough help with hearing impairment I don't believe there is any one better than Scott. He will really make your day!

Had a broken tube on one aid and just moved up from Green Lake. She replaced tubes in both aids it in about 15 minutes. Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable.
I might entitle this review of Miracle-Ear “It’s never too late.” My husband who is 91 has worn hearing aids for several years but was never pleased with their efficacy…UNTIL…becoming aware of the up to date Miracle-Ear Technology. Our journey started several years ago. My mom needed hearing aids and we thought we'd try Miracle Ear, since it was close to home. The people at Miracle Ear are very friendly, but that's about it. After my mom got her hearing aids, it felt like we were back there every month for adjustments. The hours weren't great and we ended up switching to another Miracle Ear that was a little further away. We should have walked away before then. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing in solving any problems and sometimes do follow up calls.
