We went to the Clifton Park facility. Michael was very professional He explained what to expect with the hearing test. Upon completion of the test he went over the results and explained the meaning of the r.edults. He was friendly and made it a very pleasant experience.
We had heard that Miracle Ear in Clifton Park excelled at providing good customer service. Now, having been a customer for more than a year I can say they gone above & beyond to assure my mother’s hearing stays well improved since she has had hearing aids. They truly are committed to the customer being satisfied and really care about the best results long after the purchase.
Mike is awesome. He is so compassionate in providing service for my 93 year old Mother. He pays very close attention and listens to her needs before making adjustments to her hearing aids. His caring attention to detail is a very rare find these days! Thank you for all you do, Mike!
