I love working with Kristen on the other hand Brittney the receptionist needs to be trained in customer service. She is rude. She asks to many questions. She even asked me if I was mad at her . Was not happy with her.
I just want to say Kristin is great at the Clifton Park store, but I will never go back to Miracle Ear. I had gone to Miracle Ear for 8 years, had custom molded hearing aids. When I went to get my hearing the new pair, Karl had me turn in my old custom ones. I lost 1 and didn’t had trouble hearing. I didn’t know that they shouldn’t have taken them. I have gone to Hear For You and they are really good.Hear For You has a lot of locations.
