My only regret is that I negelected to get the name of the extremely kind gentleman that assisted my Mother and me. She inadvertently left her charger while out of town. We went into our Miracle Ear on Westport Ave in Norwalk CT to purchase a replacement. Instead of having to buy one while she awaits her orginal charger to arrive we were LOANED a charger to use and return later. No hesitation and no "security" requested or required. He was affable, knowledgable and very kind. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
I cannot say enough great things about the service at this ME office. Sarah is very courteous, professional and on top of everything. Ryan is a Rock Star! He knows what he is doing. He explains the biology, process and equipment in an understandable manner. He is polite, professional and patient. I can highly recommend this office.
I’m on my second pair of Miracle Ear. They’re easy to use and have been life changing! Ryan is so wonderful and patient with me. He explains everything and takes the time to troubleshoot any issues that I’ve had.
