I had the pleasure of having my hearing tested by Jennifer, their audiologist. She was truly concerned with educating me regarding hearing loss and its ramifications. I highly recommend their service and would be happy to do business with them should a hearing aid be needed in my future.
Shannon and Jennifer are AMAZING!! UNBELIEVABLE customer service!! These two ladies are so kind and polite!! Shannon makes scheduling an appointment so easy and convenient. I would just like to share my personal experience with miracle ear. Jennifer was absolutely amazing. Took her time and explained everything for my mother and myself. It’s truly not just about not being able to hear but actually connecting with the people around you again Shannon the office manager helped with all the paperwork I made everything seamless.
Jennifer and Shannon are the best. They're friendly and they remember you. They make me feel like I have a personal relationship with them.
