I visited the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center at Webster NY office for a free hearing test and provided the deposit at that time. When I canceled my order a few days later, Jennifer Bonafede refused to refund my money, stating that the deposit is non-refundable because the hearing aid is a medical device ordered specifically for me. Jen and Shannon are always very pleasant and helpful from scheduling appointments to taking care of my hearing issues. I would highly recommend the Webster NY office.
I had a hearing test with Jennifer Bonafede and we decided on a small pair. I put down $1000.00 to start and under the contract I have 45 days to take the hearing aids or cancel. Upon my further research I found a better place and more affordable for me rather than spending $8000.00. I am cancelling my contract with Miracle Ear and requesting my return of $1000.00. No one has contacted me for my deposit. I cancelled about a week ago and no check or refund on my Mastercard has occurred yet. Mike Reed.
