Shannon and Jennifer are AMAZING!! UNBELIEVABLE customer service!! These two ladies are so kind and polite!! Shannon makes scheduling an appointment so easy and convenient. Jennifer makes sure everything is better than perfect before she's done and she wants to be notified of ANY issues as you get used to the new app and as you adapt to your hearing aids. I would just like to share my personal experience with miracle ear. Jennifer was absolutely amazing. Took her time and explained everything for my mother and myself. It’s truly not just about not being able to hear but actually connecting with the people around you again Shannon the office manager helped with all the paperwork I made everything seamless.
Jennifer and Shannon are the best. They're friendly and they remember you. They make me feel like I have a personal relationship with them.
I visited the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center at Webster NY office for a free hearing test and provided the deposit at that time. When I canceled my order a few days later, Jennifer Bonafede refused to refund my money, stating that the deposit is non-refundable because the hearing aid is a medical device ordered specifically for me. However, I was never provided with a contract stating these terms. The only document I received was a purchase agreement, which contains no mention of a non-refundable deposit.
