Jennifer and Shannon are the best. They're friendly and they remember you. They make me feel like I have a personal relationship with them.
I visited the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center at Webster NY office for a free hearing test and provided the deposit at that time. When I canceled my order a few days later, Jennifer Bonafede refused to refund my money, stating that the deposit is non-refundable because the hearing aid is a medical device ordered specifically for me.
