The Webster office is amazing! Both of my parents have hearing aids. Jen is so professional and courteous! She listens to my parents concerns and makes sure that they are comfortable and confident with their devices when they leave their appointments! Jen also reiterates that if they have any issues with their devices, that they don’t hesitate to call, to make an appointment, so the issue is resolved!! Jennifer at Miracle Ear in Webster is AMAZING!! Five stars is absolutely not enough to give her! She is patient, kind and compassionate with my Mom who is severely hard of hearing. Jennifer has made every suggestion possible to help my Mom hear the best she possibly can. I simply can not recommend a visit with Jennifer enough!
