Samantha was extremely professional and considerate during our visit with my father. Could not recommend this location enough!
When I purchased my hearing aids, the person in charge was Patrick and I was impressed by him. Then came Samantha. Twice the aids had to be sent in for repair; first the right and then the left. Each time Samantha promised to check the settings when they came back; each time she denied having done so. Needless to say, I have lost all confidence in Miracle Ear.
What can I say that hasn’t already been said about the amazing staff at the Virginia Beach (Pembroke) location? Pammy Smith and her daughter, Samantha Montalbano, have been incredibly helpful in assisting with my hearing needs. Samantha is awesome . She went beyond to help me today. I was so amazed with her. She took time with me and that meant the world to me. And the young lady that works up fort she is amaze too. They are both great with people. I am so Thankful for them.
Hi this is Karen Mangum I have been a Miracle ear costumer for 10 years plus and having Samatha as my aide specialist is the best and the most enjoyable experience going to my appointments she makes me fill important she goes above her job never rushes and makes sure l have a understanding of everything that she does to my hearing aides that is best for me and I appreciate her no matter if I have a appointment or not she makes time to fix my problem she is a great person and has a heart of gold.
