Hearing Specialist Patrick Hartigan was excellent. He was very thorough, empathetic and a good listener. Plus he had a sense of humor and talked to me like a regular guy. Lastly, he didn't waste time with foolishness. I was in and out in less than 45 mins.

They didn't take mom's insurance united Healthcare. So ill continue looking for a place that does take it.
I'll give 'em an 'average'. I'm sure they use a bulk mailer to drum up business; but having said that, they need a partial refund on their last mailer as the person it was addressed to passed away eight (8) years ago . . . .
