Card received in the mail so I went in for a free hearing test. Pleasant staff from the front desk (Kim) to the Doc, to the techs (Samantha). Although they identified some issues in the high freq range, they didn’t recommend hearing aids for me at this time - no hard sell. I appreciated that.
If I could give zero stars I would. I don't know if these people are cruel or just ignorant. I used to get generic mailings about their products, which went straight to recycling. Today I get one addressed to my former spouse, who passed away FOUR YEARS AGO! I hope you paid too much for that mailing list that had his name. Please remove Ludwig from your mailings. He doesn't need your products and neither do I!
Samantha is the best and Kimmy was awsome. Both are professional. They took great care of my hearing needs. I recommend anyone to give them a try....
Samantha was extremely professional and considerate during our visit with my father. Could not recommend this location enough!
When I purchased my hearing aids, the person in charge was Patrick and I was impressed by him. Then came Samantha. Twice the aids had to be sent in for repair; first the right and then the left. Each time Samantha promised to check the settings when they came back; each time she denied having done so. Needless to say, I have lost all confidence in Miracle Ear.
