Andrea and Connie are fantastic
What fantastic customer service I received from this location. Andrea went above and beyond and helping me out of a desperate situation. I was traveling from Florida to the Lehigh Valley on vacation when my hearing aid needed to be serviced. Without hesitation, Andrea Made room for me to come in to the facility and solved my problem... I am 100% satisfied and loyal to Miracle Ear as a result.
Horrible store! My mom had an issue with her one hearing aid not charging right and Connie said she would send it out to get it fixed. However, when she came back the next time, Connie hadn’t send it out. So she claimed she would send it out again last week and my mom still hasn’t gotten a phone call. Poor customer service and the hearing aids are junk! Don’t waste your money!

I received these hearing aids two weeks ago,, what a change, my god it's so nice to hear again, comfortable, very nice, people are great and so helpful. I'm very happy of the difference.
