I recently was evaluated for new hearing aids by Ryan Roberts of Miracle Ear who works in your facility at 1752 Bruce B. Downs Blvd in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Mr. Roberts presented as a professional hearing specialist who was truly interested in evaluating, and explaining my specific hearing needs. He was very professional in his evaluation and presented his findings to me in a very thorough manner. My husband and I first met Ryan when he was in Lakeland, and we were so impressed with how genuine and caring he was that when we heard he moved to the Wesley Chapel office, we started making the drive just to see him. It’s absolutely worth it every time. Ryan takes his time, listens, and truly cares about getting things right for each of us. You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in helping people hear better. We won’t go anywhere else!

He took his time explaining how hearing affects more than just what we can or can’t hear, it impacts our brain and overall health, which we had no idea about.
