Maggie Smith was very professional, informative and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions about tinnitus and concerns of hearing loss. Plus she was able to remove a wax ball from both my ears which helped the ringing (crickets sound) I've been hearing on a constant basis. Thank you Maggie
