I am on my second set of hearing aid with Miracle Ear five years ago I bought my first set and they have worked extremely well over that time. I got a call about trying the newest technology. I made an appointment. Heather Magee greeted me warmly and I told her I wanted the best they have. She was absolutely wonderful and helping me with this new set of hearing aids and I’m wearing them now as I write this review. Had the best experience with Heather Magee. She has been able to get my new hearing aids configured and fine tuned so they work great in a normal environment. And for the 1st time in 15 years, I can hear and maintain a conversation in a crowded restaurant. Thanks Heather your the best!!!
In praise of Ms. Jilian from the S. Tampa Hearing Aid Center at 4032 W Kennedy Blvd Tampa, FL 33609, and their team of professionals. Ms. Jilian, their receptionist has superlative customer service skills, human relations skills, and a "Can do" attitude to get things done. Any issues with the hearing aids or their usage Ms. Jilian always led you to a prompt solution from the team of professionals.
