Significant Decline in Professionalism and Customer Care (Cedar Hill Location) I visited the Miracle Ear Cedar Hill office on Wednesday, October 15th, around 10:00 AM due to my right hearing aid failing to charge. The positive aspect of the visit was the receptionist, Shelly or Shirley, who was kind, professional, and took immediate action.
