Tom has been helpful with my hearing problems every visit I have some problem with volume etc and he makes adjustments necessary. His assistant Lauren is a very pleasant, courteous and helpful. If you have hearing problems, they are both very responsive and helpful.
I am not happy with my hearing aids. They fall off easily while removing my glasses or masks. The voices I hear have a "sharp" edge to each word. I seldom wear them for these reasons. I've tried wearing them while watching TV, or talking on the phone and experience the same irritating "sharp" edge on each word. Today I received a call from someone at Miracle Ear who asked to speak to "MR" Corbett. Your employees should not "ASSUME" the gender of a person based on the spelling of their first name.
