The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! I’ve worn hearing aids for 20+ years. Over the years I’ve had some great audiologists, Christian at the galleria location is not one of them! He was rude, and unprofessional. I asked for new tips for my hearing aids and he refused saying that I only get those twice a year (every 6 months) and since my hearing aids we’re only 4 months old he said I didn’t need them. Tom has been helpful with my hearing problems every visit I have some problem with volume etc and he makes adjustments necessary. His assistant Lauren is a very pleasant, courteous and helpful. If you have hearing problems, they are both very responsive and helpful.
