Very kind and professional, They know what they're doing! They are knowledgeable concerning any issue I have had and I've watched others get their problems solved quickly. The kindness is genuine. Today I had an issue connecting to my app. Taylor fixed it and made sure I understood how to connect it if it happened again. Really grateful, it was a game changer for me.
After having four Miracle Ear Hearing Aids I just purchased the new Bliss AI hearing aid. I have always been pleased with there hearing aids but more importantly the service that I receive. I want to say that the service that I have received from Reagan has been above and beyond my expectations. She took extra effort into adjustments for my hearing aids to make sure they fit correctly.
