I called to see if miracle ear accepted medicaid; I was told that I'd have to bring in my stepdad to let them run his insurance. I took him in but the audiologist seemed to have an attitude from the very beginning. He was extremely pushy about he needed these hearing aids now! When I told him I would have to check with someone else he was ticked off because I wouldn't go ahead and make the down payment and do the monthly payments. Audio specialist Vance was a complete tool! Confrontational from the start! I had to leave because he was so rude! Even acted rude in front of another Specialist and receptionist! He has no business working with the public that they are trying to get business from! 0 stars out of 5!
