Audio specialist Vance was a complete tool! Confrontational from the start! I had to leave because he was so rude! Even acted rude in front of another Specialist and receptionist! He has no business working with the public that they are trying to get business from! 0 stars out of 5!
They were really nice to my 89 year old Mother. Very patient and caring.
Refused to give hearing test until I went to clinic to have ears cleaned!
