Recent Miracle Ear experience in the Frankfort, KY location has been excellent. The fact the office allowed me to trial their new technology and with great assistance by Tim White it resulted with me deciding to go with the new technology when previously I would have waited another 2 or 3 years as the old hearing aids were still in very good operating condition. Very happy as I've noticed that with songs I can now clearly hear the lyrics which ever since high school I have never been able to understand. Thanks.

My experience with the Frankfort Ky Miracle Ear location has been top notch! From explaining exactly how the hearing aids work, to the hearing test itself, fitting and adjustments, and any and all questions were answered fully!! I have ordered 3 pairs on line…totaling over 1200.00. Just to be disappointed. Yes, they cost more, but worth it! Financing available… They have really changed my hearing ability in all situations… HIGHLY RECOMMEND
My husband went into Miracle-Ear in Frankfort expecting to purchase a hearing aid that was around $250. Instead, my husband was ultimately sold hearing aids costing approximately $5,000. What makes this especially upsetting is that the hearing aids do not work for him. He still cannot hear anything, despite spending thousands of dollars on them.
