I started having problems with my hearing in 2021, in 2023 I started seeing Wendy Watson Curtis at miracle ear in Boone, I must say she is the most humble, kind and caring person I have ever met, some audiologist are rude and don't understand what you are going through. I’ve been working in Boone for the last 6 1/2 months one of my hearing aids quit working I’m from Arkansas so they weren’t my usual company, but I stopped in and asked for help. Wendy was the most kind and loving person. I actually went there two days for her help. She never charged me one penny. She would definitely be my Hearing person if I stayed Boone
I was in the Boone and Blowing Rock area over the Labor Day weekend and needed a wax plug for my left hearing aid speaker. I forgot to bring one for my vacation. The gracious lady at the front desk (Wendy?) took care of me very quickly when they opened up at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday Sept. 2. Thank you so much for your kind help!
My family was traveling to Boone for our annual family vacation when my daughter’s receiver stopped working. We found this miracle ear location through a google search and stopped in hoping they could help. Wendy was amazing and quickly fixed our daughter’s hearing aid. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. We are so thankful!
