I went in for two reasons… And both were addressed and achieved within the visit. Rick assured me that it is never frowned upon to come in, if one’s hearing aids aren’t performing as they should. He feels it his commitment to pursue a problem to get a satisfactory answer to it. He never minds taking the time and loves to investigate things to get the desired result! I so appreciate this as well as his listening skills, his knowledge base, and experience.
These hearing aids are amazing! Price is worth the quality and service. Ask for Victor or Richard!

I would highly recommend miracle ear. They do great work the service is beyond getting them over the network and they repair most problems on the spot. Much better then mailing in to get proper maintanence
